Sara Gill, Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Practitioner
Sara hails from the green fields of the north of England. She studied at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, worked in London for a year and then moved to Paris in 2004. A Francophile, she fell in love with the city and made it her home. Though Sara has a day job, mindfulness and yoga are her passions in life and she has completed certified trainings in both. Her other passions include food, travel and Parisian cafes.
Sara discovered mindfulness when she was a student twenty years ago, and has continued to deepen her knowledge ever since through trainings (MBSR with the Association Pleinement Conscient in Paris), conferences and reading. Mindfulness also complements and enhances her yoga practice, another of her passions (she completed her 200h TTC in 2018).
