How do I book a class?
Sign in to your account, go over to schedule page and click “sign up” to the class you’d like to attend. If you do not have sufficient class credits, you will be asked to purchase the appropriate credit before being able to sign up (either class pass, or a single drop-in credit).
Where can I buy credit?
You can purchase credits online here, by following this procedure, you’ll be able to pre-reserve your classes online (which is always best to make sure you get a spot!).
You can also purchase credits at the class with your teacher. You will need to have your credit card with you, or stored on your online account.
Is my credit card secure on your website?
All payments and card storage are hosted by Mindbody which meets the credit card industry's highest security standard, with a Level I Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. Our business is certified with PCI, with a level 4 compliancy.
The class was cancelled or changed, why wasn’t I notified?
When you created your account if you opted out of receiving notifications from us, you will not get any emails about class changes or cancellations. If you would like to change this setting, head over here
What is account credit and how do I use it?
If you received a "refund" from us – it will have been put on to your online account (not your bank account).
To use this “money” head over to the MindBody Online store and log in using the same login details as on our website.
From your account there you’ll be able to see how much account credit you have to use and be able to purchase services.
When you get to the check out page, please choose “account” as the payment option. If you do not have enough “account credit” to purchase your service you will be able to use that plus another payment method (debit/credit card). If your purchase is less than your account credit, the remaining amount will stay on your account until you have used it all.
Another option is to sign in to your account on our website, sign up for a class on our schedule page. If you don’t have sufficient credit you’ll be prompted to purchase the necessary credit. When you get to the final checkout page, you can choose “account” as the payment method.
What is the waitlist?
This is a secondary list that is put in place when the class is full. If and when someone cancels their reservation, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class and notified by automatic email (please remember to receive these emails, you must not opt out of receiving email notifications – you can change that here if necessary).
