It can be hard to find time to go and have a massage, and sometimes we can be disappointed by the quality of the massage we receive. I offer 30 - 45min self massage techniques workshops to help relieve tension all by yourself!

Corporate yoga is now a huge thing, as it should be - the benefits of yoga are many and by practicing at your place of work, it gives you a well-deserved break and stretches your body and your mind!

We spend so much time seated at a desk, often with a bad posture which compresses our digestive system, limits our breath capacity and reduces circulation around the body as well as creating tension and pain in the neck and shoulders, lower back, hips and sometimes the legs.
