Cancellation & Class Attendance
If for some reason you you cannot attend a class (for which you have pre-paid and reserved), you can cancel any time up until 3 hours before the class starts. Your credit will be returned to your account for future use.
If you do not cancel at least 3 hours before beginning of the class, or if you do not attend the class, your class credit will be counted as used.
If you are on the waitlist, you will be automatically added to the class if and when a space becomes available. Once you are on the class list, your credit is counted as used, then the same cancellation policies as above apply - you have 3 hours to cancel your class if you ar eno longer able to attend. Please be aware that if you opted out of receiving email notifications, you will not receive notification emails and your credit will still be counted as used if you do not cancell or attend the class. You can change your opt-in options here.
Please try to arrive a few minutes early to your class. If you are running late, let your teacher knowto ensure that your spot won't be given away.
For Private Classes & Massage Treatments, the cancellation window is of 24 hours. If you do not cancel your session within this time frame, your credit will be counted as used. If you do cancel 24 hours before the start of your session, your credit will be returned to your account (as credit, or account credit if you prefer) for future use.
For Workshops, the cancellation window is of 12 hours. If you do not cancel your place within this time frame, or if you do not attend your workshop, your credit will be counted as used. If you do cancel before 12 hours, your credit will be returned to your account.
If we cancel a class or event
Sometimes this happens, due to weather (of the class is outside), or if there are not enough people signed up to an event (minimum of 3 required for a class or event to go ahead. Please note that this number does not apply to Teacher Trainings or Retreats). You will be notified by email if your class or event is cancelled as soon as possible (maximum 2 hours before the class).
Our Refund Policy
Refunds are given in the form of Account Credit which you can use at any time to purchase class passes, event tickets or products on our website. Refunds to credit or debit cards will only be done in exceptional circumstances and you may be charged a processing fee.
