Candlelight Yin Yoga is the perfect way to start your weekend. Postures will be held for roughly 5 minutes, we will practice in a mindful and easeful way, with respect for our body, our mind and our emotions.
Each week we will focus on one of the five elements, or a body part to develop your flexibility, your tranquility and your vitality. This class is accompanied by music.
